Our Right to Vote in Elections is not a Sufficient Measure of Democracy

In all the conversations I have with people about socialism and socialist states, the one argument invariably made by those who are pro-capitalism or by liberals who are yet to develop an understanding of socialism is that socialist states are dictatorships and not democracies.
